    My Printer will not start even if it says "ready". I think I have turned something off and it doesn't get the signal

      Go to Google and search your printer's name (HP OfficeJet 7310 all-in-one series) and then after the name put drivers so it should look something like this: HP OfficeJet 7310 all-in-one driver. The first HP option there is click on it if that's not the right printer it could be something else to post back if it isn't this.
